At Called To Create, some items are handmade with intention, excellence, and care. Because of the handcrafted nature of those products, shipping times may vary slightly, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • During high-volume seasons (holidays, product launches, etc.), processing time may extend by 1–2 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.


 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Typical U.S. delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: delivery delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or seasonal volume. Called To Create is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


 International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on your region.
Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees imposed by their country.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Called To Create is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at [calledtocreatellc61gmail.com] with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.


 Incorrect Address Policy

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout:

  • Contact us immediately to request a correction.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address.

  • Any re-shipping fees due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
