Thank you for shopping with Called To Create. Every item in our shop is picked or handmade with care, prayer, and intention. Because of the unique nature of some of our products, we have specific return and refund guidelines to ensure fairness and clarity for both you and our small business.

Most items from Called To Create are handmade, made-to-order, or custom-designed, which means all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

We do not accept:

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds for digital products

  • Returns due to slight variations common in handcrafted items

We do accept damage-related claims within a specific window (see below).


Handmade Product Disclaimer

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of some of our items, slight variations in color, design, or placement may occur. These differences are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade artistry and are not considered defects.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to replace or refund your order.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the damaged item

  3. Photos of the packaging and shipping box

  4. A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a refund to your original payment method.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Called To Create is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re shipping costs.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges due to the handmade and limited-quantity nature of our products.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items with intentional handmade variations


Refunds (If Approved)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
